Wintergreen Gin is our winter seasonal expression, made with an aromatic arrangement of forest botanicals.

An all-natural amber hue reflects the traditional method of skilful cold-compounding, lending a crisp taste of winter.

Key botanicals

Pine needles, birch bark, cassia bark, meadowsweet

Tasting notes

Nose: deep forest fragrance

Palate: crisp, earthy, citrus

Finish: fiery botanical warmth

Serve suggestions

G&T perfect serve: Aromatic tonic or similar with blueberries to garnish

For the more adventurous: Après Ski (30ml Wintergreen Gin, 30ml Crème de cassis, 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, top with soda water)
