Darkside Gin is our signature spirit, inspired by our coastal foraging heritage and made with fresh, natural, seaside botanicals that include sea beet, chickweed and red clover.
An all-natural amber hue reflects the traditional method of skilful cold-compounding, lending a full-bodied mouthfeel and distinctively complex savoury taste of the sea.
Darkside is the recipient of international accolades for quality from the world's spirit experts at the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The Gin Guide Awards selected Darkside as “Best English Compound Gin”.
