Falling Leaves Gin is our autumn seasonal expression, made with a hedgerow harvest of botanicals to ward off the cooler nights.
An all-natural copper hue reflects the traditional method of skilful cold-compounding, lending a lightly spiced taste of autumn.
Bilberries, blackberry leaves, rose hips, elderberries, fennel seeds
Nose: subtle, brooding, earthy
Palate: dark fruit, leafy, spice
Finish: smooth with developing warmth
G&T perfect serve: Aromatic tonic or similar with blackberries to garnish
For the more adventurous: Golden Gown (30ml Falling Leaves Gin, 60ml bergamot juice, 15ml simple syrup, 2 tsp. pear jam, 1/4" peeled and grated ginger, 1 egg white (option) and a gold leaf garnish)
